5. Cancellation & Refund
  The Secretariat must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Refunds will be processed by the following terms:
 
1. 50% of the registration fee shall be refunded for written requests received by June 30, 2007 by the Secretariat.
2. There is no refund for cancellations received after June 30, 2007.
