Confirmation of Registration
  You will receive confirmation of registration via fax or Email once your registration fee has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the Secretariat.

Cancellation & Refund
  TThe Secretariat must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Refunds will be processed by the following terms:

 50% of the registration fee shall be refunded for written requests received by June 30, 2005 by the Secretariat,
 
2.
There is no refund for cancellations received after June 30, 2005
